It is God’s Will that you be made Whole.
One of the Seven Redemptive Names
of Jehovah (JEHOVAH RAPHA)
A. Jehovah is distinctly the redemptive name of deity, and means the
Self-Existent One who reveals Himself.
B. In His redemptive relation to man, Jehovah has seven compound
Names which reveals Him meeting every need of man. (which includes healing)
C. JEHOVAH-RAPHA is translated, “I am the Lord thy Physician”, or “I am the Lord that healeth thee.” – this name is given to reveal to
us our redemptive privilege of being healed.
***This privilege was purchased
by the atonement.
D. In the redemptive chapter of Isaiah, it says, “surely He hath borne our sicknesses and carried our pains…” (Isaiah 53:4)
E. Healing is the first covenant God gave after the passage of the Red Sea to the children of Israel. He revealed Himself as our Physician; I am the Lord that healeth thee. (Exodus 15:26) This is not only a promise. It is a stature and an ordinance.
** James 5:14 – a positive ordinance of healing in
Jesus’ name is as sacred and binding today as
communion and baptism.
F. JEHOVAH-RAPHA is one of His redemptive names, sealing the covenant of healing.
G. Christ can not abandon His office of Healer. (He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8
H. God has not withdrawn any of His blessing which is revealed by His redemptive names from this better dispensation.
I. The blessing of Healing and walking in divine health is for today.
